At a May 18, 2011, special business meeting the Laramie County Community College District, State of Wyoming (“District”) Board of Trustees adopted: Chapter I - Rules of Practice and Procedures for a Contested Case before the Laramie County Community College Board of Trustees; Chapter II - Rules of Practice and Procedures for Discipline for Employees; and Chapter III - Rules of Practice and Procedures for Reduction in Force. Chapter I supersedes all previous contested case rules and Laramie County Community College Policy 4130 - Employee Dismissal, Suspension, Termination, and Discipline. Chapters II and III are new rules and also supersede Laramie County Community College Policy 4130 - Employee Dismissal, Suspension, Termination, and Discipline. The rules are filed with the Laramie and Albany County clerks in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, WYO. STAT. ANN. §§ 16-3-101-115 (2009); and The Wyoming Secretary of State’s Rules on Rules for Local Agencies.
