Groups We Host

In addition to holding credit and non-credit classes, plus college events on the Laramie County Community College campus, the college also opens its doors to the community for conferences, events, parties and training.

The Facilities & Events Office coordinates assistance with setup of tables, chairs, and audio/video equipment, security, and food service through our on-site caterer. Whether you belong to a campus group, a non-profit or governmental agency or a private business, or would like to use one of our rooms as an individual, you must contact us to schedule a space at the college. Credit and non-credit classes and other college activities take precedence over any outside organization.

Types of Groups

Educational Groups

During the summer when students are not housed on campus, the college has a unique opportunity to provide housing for on-site educational conferences. Groups must have an educational component to rent the residence halls.

Campus Group

We support campus groups by locating and supplying rooms at no charge. Employees or student groups looking for meeting or event space on campus, no matter how big or small, must contact us to reserve space, including lobby and lounge spaces.

Nonprofit and Governmental Agencies

Nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies are also allowed to reserve rooms at the college for events, activities, meetings and training sessions for nominal fees. Credit and non-credit classes and other college activities take precedence over any outside organization.

Private Businesses and Individuals

We provide low-cost facilities and equipment rental to private businesses, groups and individuals. Credit and non-credit classes and other college activities take precedence over any outside organization.

Group Discounts

Discounts are given to governmental agencies, groups sponsored by LCCC, groups and individuals who schedule facilities for extended lengths of five days or more. There are no discounts on large meeting rooms or large facilities such as the Arena, the Union Pacific Centennial Room or the P.E. Building.
