Don’t wait to the last minute to take your finals in the Exam Lab! Avoid longer wait times by testing early in finals week and filling out your Tester Information Form in advance. Good luck on your exams! 

The Laramie County Community College (LCCC) Exam Lab provides comprehensive, high quality, accessible testing for LCCC students, professional certification and licensure testers, and distance learners across the region and nation. The programs and services provided by LCCC are based on the National College Testing Association’s Professional Standards and Guidelines and are in accordance with LCCC’s mission and policies.

Interim period hours will vary. Check the website or call the Exam Lab for current information during interim periods.

Due to high testing volume, the Exam Lab may be closed to outside testing at various times throughout the semester. Please call at least 24 hours in advance for an appointment or to verify testing availability.

To save time during Finals Week, please complete your Tester Information Form before coming to the Exam Lab for your final exams! All fields must be complete in order for us to proctor your test. Forms will also be available at the time of your admission. Thank you!

This schedule is for the Cheyenne campus onlyView information about testing on the Laramie campus. For information about testing at the Warren Air Force Base campus, call 307.773.2113. DSST (formerly DANTES) testing is available ONLY at the Warren Air Force Base campus.

CLEP Testing

CLEP testing will resume the week of October 7. Please call 307.778.1274 to schedule your exam. CLEP exams must be purchased online at clep.collegeboard.org for $85. There is also a $25 administrative fee for each exam, payable at the time of testing. Please see clep.collegeboard.org for more information about the CLEP exam.

TEAS/PN Predictor (Nursing Exams)

We are now scheduling the TEAS and PN Predictor exams
for FALL 2020 Admission:
* Jan. 7 - 10, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. testing times;
* Feb. 11 - 15, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. testing times.

Please note: TEAS/PN Predictor exam costs increased for 2020 to $50 per exam. Please purchase your exam in advance at the Cashier's Office in Pathfinder and bring your receipt with you on your testing day.

Pearson Vue Testing

Pearson Vue testing will resume in the Exam Lab on Monday, October 7. You will be able to schedule your Pearson Vue test for LCCC's Exam Lab on that date. We thank you for your patience as we paused Pearson Vue testing for our move and staff training!

Need to take a placement test, but can't travel to LCCC? 

Please complete the Off-Campus Placement Exam Request Form, and the Exam Lab will send the needed instructions and materials to the testing location of your choice.


The Exam Lab administers make-up exams, exams for students with testing accommodations, exams from other institutions ($25 proctor charge), distance learning exams, and professional licensure and certification exams. The Exam Lab is also able to proctor academic exams for absent instructors with advance notice and approval. 

Please remember these general policies:

  • The Exam Lab abides by LCCC’s Academic Honesty policies and procedures.
  • Students must bring a photo I.D. to use the LCCC Exam Lab.
  • Students must have their Course Name, Course Number, Section Number, Instructor Name, and Exam Name to test in the Exam Lab.
  • Only those taking an exam are allowed in the Exam Lab.
  • Testing concludes at the closing hour. All tests will be collected at that time.

Disability Support Services Accommodations

The Exam Lab is pleased to offer testing accommodations in accordance with Disability Support Services. 

distraction-reduced testing environment is an environment or testing center that limits interruptions and other environmental influences. The entire testing area of the Exam Lab is a distraction-reduced environment.

Private room test accommodation is a further change to the environment for testing. This accommodation is required for reader and scribing services. This accommodation must be scheduled with DSS to be accessed.

Exam Lab Request Form

LCCC instructors must complete the Exam Lab Request Form to request proctoring services for all exams. Students may schedule their own distance learning exams and certification/professional licensure exams in person or by contacting the Exam Lab directly.
