LCCC is replacing the current EaglesEye portal with a new portal called myLCCC. We will be doing a soft launch of myLCCC on Tuesday May 29, 2018.  Employees and students can access myLCCC at the following link: http://my.classlink.com/mylccc

Starting on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 students and employees will be able to access myLCCC on the main LCCC home page at the bottom of the page.  It will be in the Online Tools list above the EaglesEye link.

myLCCC will allow you to Single Sign-On (SSO) into many of the applications we use on campus.  Once you login to myLCCC and save your credentials, you will have SSO access to Canvas, LCCC Webmail, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Zoom and many others.  Employees will be able to access their Shared network drive and OneDrive for Business from the My Files section of the portal.

myLCCC is set to go live on Friday, June 29, 2018

To login to myLCCC:

Employees: Use your LCCC account login (email address and your network password).

Students: Use your LCCC Account previously set-up (See Setting Up a LCCC Account above).

If you have questions or need any help, please contact the Support Desk at extension 4357.

All LCCC employees and students can access their email on the Internet by logging into Office 365 or through myLCCC Portal.

Students may choose to sign up for text, voice or email alerts that will notify them of campus closures and save them critical time in a true emergency. Learn more.

Anyone who wishes to print or connect to the wireless network on campus needs a valid login.

Students: If students are registered for credit courses in the current semester they can use their LCCC account login.

Employees: Employees can use their regular Outlook account for printing and wireless access.

Guests: To print, guests will need to create an account and purchase print credits. Please contact the Help Desk at 307.778.4357 or Ludden Library at 307.778.1205 for details. For wireless access, please call 307.778.1291 for a guest login.

Printing FAQ

When printing from any software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, etc.) you will be prompted to enter your username and password. Once you enter your username and password, you will be asked if you really want to print your document. If you do nothing, your print job will be deleted after 5 minutes.

How much can I print?

Each registered student* will be given an initial FREE credit, which will be worth about 500 pages** (or $25) per semester.

*Must be registered in credit courses
**500 pages in black and white. If prints are in color or duplex, the total available pages will vary.

What happens if I use up the credit?

We would hope that the initial credit is plenty for most of students’ needs. However, if you use up the credit, you can purchase and load additional credits at the Ludden Library (cash only). You also can pay at the Accounting office and bring the receipt to the HelpDesk for new credits to be applied to your account.

What happens to the leftover credits at the end of semester?

The print credit (both initial and additionally purchased) is non-redeemable and will be deleted at the end of each semester.

Why did LCCC start charging for printing? Doesn’t the Student Technology Fee pay for it?

In the past, we offered ‘unlimited’ printing throughout our campuses, which generated many wasted printouts or allowed people to print for non-academic purposes. Those needless printings and the rising cost of material and maintenance shrunk the high-tech money, which needs to be spent for other important technology projects. Our goals are to protect your fee from being abused, to make people aware of the associated printing cost and become more conscious about environmental resources, and to encourage more electronic tool usages when possible.

How do I know how much credit I have left?

Each time you print, the system asks for a confirmation and displays your current balance.

What if the printer jams or the printout comes out damaged?

If the printout is not readable for some technical reason, we will either re-credit or re-print for you. Please bring the damaged printouts to either the Ludden Library or the HelpDesk. Please note that we will not re-credit for user errors or unwanted printouts.
