Dr. Stephanie Fiedler has been a chemistry instructor at Laramie County Community College since 2015. She teaches introductory chemistry and organic chemistry.
Before coming to LCCC, Stephanie taught general chemistry and concepts of chemistry courses at Colorado State University.
Stephanie received a B.A. in chemistry from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, and a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. For her Ph.D. work, she studied transition metal complexes with interesting magnetic properties and the synthesis of novel ligands to fine-tune those magnetic properties. She has co-authored several papers on these topics.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, baking and spending time relaxing with her family.
