LCCC Commencement venue changed to Storey Gym

Commencement is a special event in a student's life. It marks a new beginning and limitless possibilities. We at Laramie County Community College want to be sure all our graduates can share this special moment with everyone who helped them reach this achievement.

Due to limited seating in our original venue for commencement, we have found a better facility for the LCCC Commencement Ceremony. Commencement will take place at Storey Gymnasium, 2810 House Ave. The time has not changed. It will still begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 11. The GED Graduation (10 a.m.) and Nurses' Pinning (1:30 p.m.) ceremonies will take place as scheduled at the Cheyenne Civic Center.

Storey Gymnasium is big enough to accommodate all of our graduates and their families and friends. Tickets will no longer be necessary, but guests are encouraged to arrive at Storey Gymnasium early in order to pick a seat.
