Complaints not related to LCCC policies and procedures are considered informal complaints and should be submitted by the Feedback form below. The person submitting an informal complaint is encouraged to resolve the issue with the supervisor of the area where the complaint originated.
The Feedback form below may also be used to submit general feedback and a compliment.
A formal complaint is a written complaint relating to LCCC policies and procedures that's documented by the college for resolution. LCCC policies and procedures may be found by visiting the college’s Web page. Formal complaints will be automatically routed to the correct office by email and should be processed within 30 calendar days of the date the action occurred causing the formal complaint. For more information, people can view Complaint Procedure No. 9.7P.
People can submit a formal complaint by opening the web form and completing the necessary fields.
