Laramie Campus Student Resources

Whether you need support for your well-being or your coursework, a variety of resources are available to Laramie Campus students. Take advantage of recreational, physical and mental health services, counseling support, disability accommodations, library resources, tutoring services, and private study spaces. 

Student Wellness Resources

• A Student ID card and current semester sticker are required for most Student Wellness Resources. Order your Student ID online.You will need to upload a photo, and your ID will be sent to the address LCCC has on file for you within 10 business days. 
• If you already have a Student ID card and only need the current semester sticker, bring your Student ID to the Student Services Office at the Laramie Campus. After confirming your enrollment, we'll update your ID with the new sticker.

Laramie Recreation Center Access

Students that are currently enrolled and attending LCCC classes receive FREE access to the Laramie Rec Center during each semester in which they are actively registered as students.

To access your free membership:

1. Call or go in-person to have Rec Center staff verify you have not previously created an account with the city.
   • There are many non-rec center related reasons why an account might have been created, and checking is vital to ensure there are no duplicate accounts.

2. If you do have an account, a staff member will send you a login prompt via email. If they say you don't have an account, go to PARKSANDREC.CITYOFLARAMIE.ORG on a phone or computer.
3. Go to SIGN IN / REGISTER to input or update all required details for each member of your household. Check to be sure everything saves correctly!
4. Each semester you will have to bring in your student ID card with the current semester sticker. Front desk staff will scan a copy into your account and submit it for processing.
5. They'll contact you as soon as your account has been updated and is ready for the semester.
   • To use the facilities while you're waiting to hear from them, bring in your student ID card with the current semester sticker and let the front desk staff know your membership is pending.
6. Once you hear from them that your account has been updated, go in and they'll create your Laramie Rec Center ID card!
   
   

Albany Community Health Clinic Services 

The Albany Community Health Clinic (ACHC) provides a variety of medical services at low or no cost to Laramie Campus students that are currently enrolled and attending LCCC classes. For students with health insurance, ACHC will typically bill the insurance first, and LCCC generally covers any remaining eligible costs; however, some services, such as laboratory testing, are not covered. Students with questions about coverage or potential charges should contact ACHC directly at 307.766.3313.

To access medical services through ACHC:

1. Obtain your Student ID card and / or current semester sticker (see directions above).
2. Appointments are required. No walk-ins will be seen. You can schedule an appointment by phone or in-person. Be sure to let them know you are an LCCC student.
   • If you are a new patient, they will require some basic demographic information such as your address and contact details to schedule an appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, a Self Check-In email will be sent. The questions and forms included must be completed before your appointment. 
   • If you are a returning ACHC patient, but this will be your first visit as an LCCC student, be sure to let them know that when scheduling your appointment. You will still receive a Self Check-In email, but you may not need to provide as much information as a new patient.
   • The Self Check-In process can be completed from a phone. A computer is not required.
3. YOU MUST BRING YOUR STUDENT ID CARD WITH THE CURRENT SEMESTER STICKER TO EVERY APPOINTMENT. If you don't have it, you will have to reschedule.

4. Any services not covered by your insurance or LCCC will be your responsibility.
   
   

Telehealth Counseling

Licensed Mental Health Professionals are available to help students resolve personal concerns and to support emotional growth and wellness. Counseling services are FREE to all currently enrolled and attending LCCC students. Services include individual, couples counseling, crisis support, and wellness workshops and trainings.
