LCCC’s Radiography Students Reach 100% Pass Rate with National Certification

The most recent graduates of Laramie County Community College's radiography program all passed the national certification examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

This exam is required in nearly every state in order to be licensed and work as a radiographer in health care facilities. The newly certified radiologic technologists are Cassidy Aguilar, Treva Bitterman-Buller, Kevin Buck, Kandace Bussell, Tanisha Bustos, Mary Dorsett, Nicholias Espinoza, Kacee Hansen, Shelynn Laws, Kelsey Litzel, Rayel Livermont, Megen Medina, Cecelia Meketuk, Laurel Zeiler, and Nicole Zellner. In addition, nearly all of these graduates are employed as radiographers in Wyoming, and the surrounding states.

Additionally, at this year's Wyoming Society of Radiologic Technologists' Annual Conference, Hansen won first place with her student paper while Bussell and Medina received runner-up recognition. LCCC faculty Ashleigh Ralls was installed as president of WSRT.
