Lisa Trimble becomes new Associate Vice President at LCCC

CHEYENNE, WYO. — This month, Lisa Trimble was named the new associate vice president of institutional advancement at Laramie County Community College.

She held that role on an interim basis since January.

This position serves as the executive director of the LCCC Foundation and oversees the division charged with the college's public relations and marketing.

Trimble joined LCCC in 2007, serving as the Foundation's cultural event coordinator and the director of alumni affairs and event planning. Prior to that, she worked for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in its alumni association. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and a Master of Arts from the University of Nebraska.

Trimble is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne, having served as the assistant secretary and secretary as well as a term on the board of directors.

"I love seeing the impact educational experiences have on students," she said. "I'm excited about the opportunity to continue working with our campus, our donors and our community."
