Gov. Gordon to keynote this year’s LCCC commencement ceremony

CHEYENNE – Laramie County Community College's 48th commencement ceremony takes place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, at Storey Gymnasium in Cheyenne. This academic year, 785 students are provisionally approved for commencement, earning their credentials from LCCC.
Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon will serve as the keynote speaker for this year's event.

The LCCC nurses' pinning ceremony will occur at 1 p.m. at the Laramie County School District No. 1 Administration Auditorium, and the high school equivalency graduation will begin at 3 p.m. at Storey Gym. Additional pinning ceremonies for programs in the School of Health Sciences & Wellness will take place throughout the weekend.

The two-hour commencement ceremony will also be broadcast by LCCC Wingspan Student Media.
