Technical Training
Are you looking to change careers or add to your current skillset? LCCC offers several short-term career training opportunities in high-demand occupations.
Short-Term Technical Career Training
Options include: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant, Certified Fiber Optics Training, OSHA 10 General Course | Mountain West OSHA Courses at LCCC, Pharmacy Technician, Telehealth Coordinator (online).
Apprenticeships
LCCC's Apprenticeship Programs provides related classroom instruction for those working in HVAC/R or Plumbing Trades. Classroom instruction is taught by industry experts and is designed to work in concert with the on-the-job training apprentices receive during their work day.
Advanced Manufacturing & Material Center
Credit Programs: Computer Numerical Controller (CNC Operator), Machine Tool Technology
Non-Credit Programs: CNC Precision Machining Bootcamp, Concept Forge Makerspace, Customized Training for Employers
Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
Train for a career in trucking with LCCC’s FMCSA-registered CDL program. Students log nearly 450 miles across highway and city routes. Most Class A students complete their training in about four weeks.

We offer a wide range of highly interactive courses that you can take entirely online through Ed2Go. All of our courses are led by expert instructors. Courses may count as continued education.

Our classes can help your organization achieve performance, productivity and profitability goals. Training can be customized to address specific demands and challenges of your organization.
The Business Studio @ LCCC
We offer individualized business planning, product testing, mentorship, training opportunities, and access to events like our annual Pitch & Launch competitions. Whether you're starting up or scaling up, we’re here to help you grow.
Life Enrichment
Take an art class for fun, try a fitness course, learn about a foreign language and more with our Life Enrichment programs. We have classes geared toward all ages!
Life Enrichment Class Schedule
Offered in-person in Cheyenne and Pine Bluffs or online, topics include arts & crafts, fitness, dog training, language, driver’s ed, financial planning, and more.
Driver's Education
The driver’s education course comprised of classroom instruction and driving evaluation is accredited by the Wyoming Department of Education and meets the basic requirements to convert a driver’s permit to a license by the Wyoming Department of Transportation.
Youth Summer Programs/SEEK
Our summer camps provide unique experiences designed to challenge our young people. We aim to stimulate creativity through hands-on programs and activities in arts and sciences for students ages 6-12.

Adult Education
The path through education doesn't have a one-size-fits-all label. LCCC's Adult Career and Education System can help you earn a High School Equivalency Certificate (HSEC/GED) as well as develop skills necessary for continued education or meaningful employment.

LCCC can help you prepare for the test and take it in both Cheyenne and Laramie.

English as a Second Language (ESL)
Online and in-person classes designed for the non-native speaker of English available in Cheyenne and Laramie.

Summer Bridge Classes
These free summer classes help students upgrade their reading, writing and math skills prior to starting college classes in the fall.
