Bill & Cindy Pomeroy Professional Clothing Bank

The Professional Clothing Bank provides free professional clothing for current LCCC students to use for job interviews and internships.

Professional Clothing Bank Guidelines:

LCCC students are welcome to browse and try on clothes during the Professional Clothing Bank’s normal operating hours.

Students may choose up to three complete outfits to keep and use for job interviews, internships and future careers:

  • Slacks/Skirt
  • Shirt/Blouse
  • Jacket
  • Tie
  • Shoes
  • Belt

Location:

The clothing bank is located in the College Community Center, room 110, near the Student Lounge. It can be accessed during normal hours of operation by any current LCCC student with a valid student ID.

Hours of Operation:

  • Closed Dec. 15 – Jan. 15
  • Fall and Spring Semester hours are Monday – Thursday: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • If you need access to the Clothing Bank outside of our normal hours, please contact Maggie Swanger or visit the library to schedule a time.

How to Donate

Clothing:

We accept new and lightly used, clean, professional clothing. A blue donation bin is outside our CCC 110 door. You are welcome to leave items in the donation bin whenever the building is open.

Monetary:

The Bill & Cindy Pomeroy Professional Clothing Bank accepts monetary donations through the LCCC Foundation Office. All monetary donations are used to purchase supplies, clothing racks and hangers to display donated clothing.

You may donate online using the Online Monetary Donations page. Under designation, choose Other and write in Professional Clothing Bank

You may also write a check to LCCC Foundation and put "Professional Clothing Bank" in the subject line to designate the funds to our account.
