Adult Workouts

This program was developed as a win-win for the Cheyenne home school parents and/or LCCC employees and our Kinesiology & Health Promotion majors, who are just beginning their educational journey within the health field.

For this program, you will need to commit to a minimum of 30 minutes a week. You may, if you wish, go up to an hour long workout. Based on consultation with Kinesiology & Health Promotion faculty, your fitness goals, and your schedule, this may be designed on an individual basis. You will be working with our Kinesiology & Health Promotion faculty as well as our Kinesiology & Health Promotion majors.

We will provide a fitness assessment and then develop a program(s) that help guide you in meeting your fitness and wellness goals. At the end of the semester, there will also be a post assessment to allow you to see your areas of progress as well as those areas that need further attention.

If you are not currently enrolled in this program and would like to enroll please contact Cindy Henning, Kinesiology & Health Promotion program director at chenningFREELARAMIE or by calling 307.778.1185 for more information.
