Bias Awareness Training - Oct. 7
Training to help participants understand the impact bias can have on individuals, organizations and our own perceptions will be held at 8 - 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 7 at LCCC.
The goal of the training is to provide participants with an understanding and awareness of how bias affects us all. The training will also provide some foundational tools on how we may begin to address bias through reflection, discussion, and acknowledgement.
This is a great training for those seeking to understand and those who wish to be of better support to individuals impacted by bias. Please sign up at least 48 hours prior to the training you would like to attend.
