LCCC Notices of Substantial Completion

College Community Center (CCC) Restroom Renovation  

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Construction Specialists Inc. for the work performed for the College Community Center (CCC) Restroom Renovation Project, Bid # IFB 203504, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On February 27, 2026 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Apr. 9, 2026.
