LCCC Notices of Substantial Completion

Reconstruction of Parking Lots- Auto Tech (AT), Lot H and Lot I

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Richardson Construction Inc. for the work performed for the LCCC Parking Lot Reconstruction of Auto Tech (AT) Lot H and I project, Bid # IFB 198341, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Sept. 12,  2025 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Oct. 23, 2025.

Fabrication and Installation Blue RAC Donor Recognition Wall

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to DaVinci Sign Systems, Inc. for the work performed for the fabrication and installation of custom designed donor recognition wall in the Blue Recreation and Athletic Center per Bid # IFB 200879, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Aug. 26, 2025 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Nov. 16, 2025.
