LCCC Notices of Substantial Completion

Dry Sprinkler System Design & Installation at LCCC Arena 

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Rapid Fire Protection dba Pye Barker Fire and Safety for the work performed for the design and installation of a dry sprinkler system with all accessories & components at the LCCC Arena, Bid # IFB 197453, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Jan. 21, 2026 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Mar. 3, 2026.
