LCCC Notices of Substantial Completion

Domestic Water Heater Replacement FDN and RHE Project  

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to GW Mechanical Inc. for the work performed for the Domestic Water Heater Replacement in the Foundation and East Residence Halls Project, Bid # IFB 207060, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On May 12, 2026, the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on June 22, 2026.
