LCCC Notices of Substantial Completion

Crossroads Building Roof Replacement 

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Front Range Roofing Systems, LLC for the work performed for the Crossroads Building Roof Replacement, Bid# IFB-206242, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Aug. 10, 2026, the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Sept. 20, 2026.

Fume Hood Replacement and other Work SC 125, 104 and 128

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Climate Control, LLC for the work performed for the Fume Hood Replacement in Science Center rooms 125 and 104 and bio-safety cabinet ductwork and modification in Science Center room 108 and casework in Science Center room 125, Bid# IFB-208184, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Aug. 14, 2026, the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Sept. 24, 2026.

Roof Replacements Fine Arts, EEC and Arcade

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Superior Roofing Inc. for the work performed for the Fine Arts Building, Education and Enrichment Center Building and the Arcade Roofs Replacement Project, Bid# IFB 194626, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Aug. 6, 2026 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Oct. 19, 2026.

Lighting Replacement CCC Building, Dining Hall Areas and Cafe' Areas

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Pole Mountain Electric, Inc. for the work performed for the light replacement in the CCC Building and the Dining Hall and Café, Bid # IFB 206727, in Laramie County, Wyoming. On Aug. 27, 2026 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Oct. 21, 2026.

Roof Replacement RAC West, RAC Raquetball and Laramie Campus (ACC)

In accordance with Wyoming Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Laramie County Community College has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Big Horn Roofing for the work performed for replacement of RAC West Roof, RAC Racquetball Roof and the Laramie Campus Roof, Bid # IFB 206242, in Laramie County, Wyoming and Albany County, Wyoming. On Sept. 4, 2026 the College accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents, and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on Oct. 25, 2026.
