LCCC Pathways
At Laramie County Community College, we’ve reimagined student success through eight clearly defined Pathways—from Agriculture & Equine to Trades & Technical Studies. Each Pathway maps programs to career and transfer outcomes, offering students:
- An opportunity to explore career opportunities available in a Pathway, before having to select a program
- Course sequencing that aligns with all programmatic areas in a Pathway, minimizing unnecessary courses/credits
- A clear path to degree completion
Why Pathways?
- Clarify the Path: LCCC has ensured that all programs lead to a transfer or career through establishing critical courses, embedded credentials, and progress milestones
- Helping Students Get on the Path: We ensure every student starts strong with first-year experiences to explore career fields, while providing complete program plans with career/transfer exploration
- Supporting Students to Stay on the Path: LCCC keeps students moving forward through proactive advising, including early alerts and support for students throughout their academic journey
- Ensuring Students Are Learning: We enrich learning with program-specific outcomes that encourage applied learning and project-based, collaborative experiences.
Investing in Student Success:
The LCCC Foundation is building Pathway Endowments to support students and programs across all eight Pathways. Donors may choose a Pathway to support.
These endowments provide annual funding to:
- Support experiential learning and applied engagement opportunities
- Assist with program development and enhancements
- Create opportunities for additional equipment and training
- Match grant funds
The Goal:Have all Pathway Endowments valued at $500,000 by December 2027. |

Pathway Endowments offer individuals, businesses, and organizations the opportunity to make a transformational difference for LCCC students—today and for generations to come. Your investment fuels innovation, strengthens high impact programs, and opens doors for students who are preparing to lead Wyoming’s future.
Every gift to a Pathway Endowment becomes part of a permanent legacy—one that grows, supports, and inspires year after year.

$10,000 – $24,999
$25,000 – $49,999
$50,000 – $99,999
$100,000+
With a gift of $2,500 or more, your name – or your organization’s logo at select levels – will be proudly displayed on a donor wall within the Pathway area. This prominent recognition highlights your commitment to LCCC and celebrates the impact you’re making on the lives of our students.
You can make a one-time gift or choose to fulfill your support through a pledge over up to five years, allowing you to create a lasting legacy in a way that aligns with your giving goals.
