Laramie County Community College EMS students stand during the program’s coining ceremony in December 2025. The ceremony honored students for completing rigorous emergency medical services training and marked their transition from students to emerging professionals. Through LCCC’s EMS program, students prepare for careers as EMTs and paramedics through a combination of online and in-person instruction, hands-on labs, clinical experiences and field internships. The presentation of coins recognized the students’ discipline, teamwork and readiness to serve in fast-paced emergency care environments.
